Custard cream cake
Custard Cream Cake recipe
This recipe is actually my own recipe which
I created on my own with my best friends
in a play date(Shiri and Naomi).This recipe has the same
ingredients as other custard cream cakes
but the method is different but still tasty.
2 small cartons of vanilla custard
1 packet of digestive biscuits
1 packet of Marie biscuits
450 grams of melted chocolate
1.First crush the digestive biscuits and Marie biscuits together
with your hands to create a combined flavour of crushed biscuits
2.Now add 1 carton of the vanilla custard to the biscuits
to make a smooth paste.
3.Line a baking tray with baking paper and add the biscuit+
vanilla custard mixture.Let it set in the freezer for 20 minutes.
4.Take it out and pour all the melted chocolate on top and put it in again for
another 20 minutes.
5.Now add the leftover vanilla custard on top and let it set for 3 hours.
ENJOY
