Perfect Pineapple Cake

 Pineapple Cake recipe

This recipe is great for people who like pineapple
since this really brings the flavor of pineapple

Ingredients:

1+1/4 cup of  flour(maida)
1/2 can (7oz) of sweetened condense milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2  teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of butter(melted)
1 (20 oz) can of crushed pineapple drained(save the juice)

Method

1.Preheat oven at 325 degrees
2.Grease a 8 by 8 inch pan.Set it aside
3.Drain the pineapple using a strainer.Let the juice drip without squeezing.
IMPORTANT:WE WILL USE THE PINEAPPLE AND JUICE
4.Now sift the flour,baking powder,baking soda,cardamom and salt in a bowl.
5.In the center of the bowl of dry ingredients add 1/2 cup pineapple juice,1/2 cup pineapple chunks,butter and condense milk.Mix well
6.Pour the batter inside the cake tin and bake for 25 minutes.
TIP: Pour some pineapple juice on top to really bring the flavour.
