Healthy Mouth-watering Millet flour Cookies

Millet Flour Cookies

If you really don't like unhealthy food 
then this recipe is a great way to stay
healthy and have tasty food at the same time

Ingredients:

Millet Flour – 1/4
Wheat flour– 1/4 cup
Butter – 3+1/2 tbsp
Palm Sugar – 1/4 cup(powdered)
Vanilla Essence – 3/4 tsp
Water / Milk – 2 tsp
1.Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

2.In a mixing bowl add Butter,Vanilla essence and Powdered sugar and whisk it well.Set aside.

3.Now mix the Millet flour and Wheat flour together and add it to the mixture that we made previously.

4.Now mix well and then add the milk/water.

5.Form the dough and make small cookie shapes and lay them out on a baking paper lined baking tray.

6.Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.                                                                                             

ADVICE:Store the cookies in a air tight container.

Cute Chocolate Lava cakes

Chocolate Lava Cakes

When my friend came over we were struggling to think of what we
could do and this was a great idea to do.This helps you to have a very
fun time with your friends even if you make mistakes you can still have a laugh.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Chocolate
4 tbsp of butter(melted)
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
1/8 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of mik
2 tbsp of curd
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1.Preheat the oven to 232 Celsius.
2.Take coffee mugs and grease them well with butter and coat with a tablespoon of flour.
3.Double boil the chocolate and butter together.Keep aside.
4.Sieve the flour,sugar,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder and salt.(once)
5.Add milk,curd and vanilla essence to the flour mixture.
6.Now add the chocolate+butter mixture to our mixture which we made earlier.Mix well.
7.Pour this batter inside the mugs halfway.
8.Now bake for 8-9 minutes.
ADVICE:Not all the times does the lava come out so don't be disappointed if your cake doesn't
turn out like you hoped.
9.Cut and serve.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

When my mom said she was hungry this was a wonderful treat to give her.
Not only is it tasty and nutritious but your house will smell amazing
while these are baking.The best treat for anyone who likes 
nutritious and tasty snacks.

Ingredients:
1 and a 1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1/4 cup of raisins
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup of butter(melted)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1 tbsp of honey

1.Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius for 10 minutes.
2.Whisk the wheat flour,cinnamon powder and baking soda.Set aside
3.In an another mixing bowl whisk the butter and sugar until well combined.
4.To the previous bowl add the honey,milk,and vanilla essence/extract.
5.Also combine the dry ingredients inside.
6.Add the raisins to the final dough
7.Shape the cookies and lay them out on a baking paper lined baking tray.
8.Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes.

Breathtaking Banana Walnut Muffins

Banana Walnut Muffins

My younger brother and me adored this recipe to 
pieces.This is a great recipe to try especially if you 
don't like bananas.After this you might change your mind.


Ingredients:

3/4 cup of flour
2 big Bananas
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup +2 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2  teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
2 tbsp walnuts chopped

1.Preheat oven to 190 Celsius
2.Sieve the flour,baking soda,baking powder at least twice. Keep aside.
3.Grind the bananas to a smooth paste.(or mash them)
4.In a bowl add the bananas,oil,vanilla essence/extract and sugar.Whisk till well combined
5.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
6.Place muffin cases inside the muffin tray and pour the batter 3/4 of the way.
7.Bake the muffins for 20-27 minutes.

Charming Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake

This is a great recipe for everyone to try.
There are quite a lot of ingredients but its worth the
ending. Great for kids and grownups.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of grated carrot
3/4 cup of curd
1/4 cup of olive oil
2+1/2 tbsp of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder(optional)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1 handful of chopped walnuts

1.Preheat oven to 182 Celsius for 10 minutes
2.Sieve together the flour,wheat flour, salt,baking soda and baking powder.Set aside
3.In a mixing bowl add curd,sugar,milk and olive oil.Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
4.Now add the cinnamon powder and vanilla essence/extract and give the mixture a quick stir.
5.Finally fold in the grated carrots.
6.Now add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
7.Whisk until the mixture forms to a batter.
8.Pour the batter onto a greased cake tin and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
9.Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
10.Let the cake cool before you cut it for 10-15 minutes

Cheerful Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Cake

This cake is great for any occasion.Although it is plain you can still
Drizzle some melted chocolate or ganache and you will take it to the next level.

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda(Optional)
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
3/4 cup of sugar(One cup if no chocolate chips)
Chocolate Chips 2 tbsp
1 cup Water
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence/extract
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup of Oil

1.Preheat the oven to 180 celsius
2.Combine water,vanilla essence/extract,sugar lemon juice and oil in a medium sized bowl.Set aside.
3.Sift together the flour,baking soda,baking powder and cocoa powder.
4.Pour the wet ingredients inside the dry.Mix well.
5.Grease the baking pan and pour the mixture.
6.Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
7.Once the cake is ready let it cool for 5-10 minutes
8.Remove the cake out of the tin.

Super Easy Brownies

Super Easy Brownies

This is a great recipe for kids to try on their own.(with supervision)
This is so simple yet so enjoyable and tasty.

 Ingredients:
 1/2 cup of flour
 1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter(unsalted)
2 eggs
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract

 1.Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit(180 Celsius)
 2.Grease the baking pan
3.In a medium sized bowl mix the flour,sugar and cocoa powder together.Set aside.
 4.In an another bowl combine the eggs,butter and vanilla essence/extract together.
5.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.Mix well.
6.Now pour the brownie mixture inside the baking tin.
7.Bake the brownies for 20-30 minutes.
8.Once the brownies have baked let them cool for 5 minutes.
9.Cut the brownies into squares.
