If you really don't like unhealthy food
then this recipe is a great way to stay
healthy and have tasty food at the same time
Ingredients:
Millet Flour – 1/4
Wheat flour– 1/4 cup
Butter – 3+1/2 tbsp
Palm Sugar – 1/4 cup(powdered)
Vanilla Essence – 3/4 tsp
Water / Milk – 2 tsp
Wheat flour– 1/4 cup
Butter – 3+1/2 tbsp
Palm Sugar – 1/4 cup(powdered)
Vanilla Essence – 3/4 tsp
Water / Milk – 2 tsp
1.Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
2.In a mixing bowl add Butter,Vanilla essence and Powdered sugar and whisk it well.Set aside.
3.Now mix the Millet flour and Wheat flour together and add it to the mixture that we made previously.
4.Now mix well and then add the milk/water.
5.Form the dough and make small cookie shapes and lay them out on a baking paper lined baking tray.
6.Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
ADVICE:Store the cookies in a air tight container.
